Megan Ruth and Rachel Mary were born on April 15, 1996 at Christiana Hospital in Newark, Delaware. They were only 28 weeks at birth, weighing 2 lbs 11 oz each. They were also both 40cm in length (about 16 inches). Megan was born at 10:41pm and Rachel at 10:46pm.
