NAME
wavpos - Postions the I/O pointer within the waveform
SYNOPSIS

long wavpos (WVFILE *wfp, long record)
DESCRIPTION
wavpos() positions the waveform file associated with wfp
to record. The position is relative to the start of the
defined subsegment if one is operative for this file. See
opnwav() for
explanation of subsegments. Upon success, record is returned, upon
failure, a negative value is returned.
