Research Projects

Although much research is being performed in the fields of robotics and teleoperation, much work is required to understand fundamental issues regarding the application of robotics for individuals with disabilities. The research projects in the Robotics Laboratory are directed towards investigating fundamental issues regarding the interfacing of people with disabilities to robotic devices. The ultimate goals of this work are to improve the general understanding in this area and to support the development of advanced control approaches for future rehabilitation robotic systems.
