Lecture Format Information

Lecture format presentations will be strictly limited to 15 minutes. You may wish to allow a minute or two for questions by preparing a 13-14 minute oral presentation. Amplification, overhead projector, slide projector, cassette tape player and US format VCR with TV monitor will be available for your presentation. If there are other audio/visual needs you anticipate, please contact the organizing committee as soon as possible.

Poster Format Information

For poster format presentations, poster boards will be 4 feet high by 8 feet wide (1.22 x 2.44 meters). Posters will be on display for 1 1/2 hours. Authors of odd-numbered posters should be available to present their papers during the first 45 minutes of the session and authors of even-numbered posters will be presenting during the second 45 minutes. Morning posters for both the first and second morning sessions should be set up before the start of the first morning session and taken down as soon as the second morning session ends. Posters for both afternoon sessions may be set up during the lunch break and should be removed as soon as possible following the second afternoon session.
